Editorial standard

Useful before impressive.

Beyond the Hype Weekly exists to make consequential AI developments easier to understand without flattening the facts or amplifying every launch.

01

Primary sources first

We prefer official announcements, documentation, research papers and regulatory publications. Independent reporting is used when it adds verification or necessary context.

02

Facts and interpretation stay separate

What happened should be clear before we offer a view on why it matters. Inference is presented as inference—not disguised as certainty.

03

Every story must earn attention

Novelty alone is not enough. A development belongs here when it changes a capability, risk, market structure or practical decision.

04

Corrections stay visible

If an important claim changes or proves inaccurate, the edition should say what was corrected and when.

Independent by design

The publication is based on public information and independent analysis. It does not use confidential employer, client or customer information.
